I am Ranjith Rathnalal, Chairman of Gateway Japan, a government-licensed overseas recruiting organization in Sri Lanka. Since our official registration in 2017, we have been committed to creating reliable and meaningful opportunities for Sri Lankan talent while supporting the workforce needs of Japan and other countries. I am proud to say that we have successfully dispatched many skilled, motivated, and disciplined individuals as Technical Intern Trainees, Specified Skilled Workers, and international students.
